A three-module training developed by ENERGIA and Energy4Impact that equips participants with foundational knowledge of gender equality, women’s economic empowerment, and practical leadership skills including public speaking and change management strategies to help them challenge gender-based barriers in their organizations and communities.

This document is a comprehensive Mercy Corps Senegal training module that explores gender inequality, sociocultural norms, women’s economic empowerment statistics in Senegal, leadership styles and qualities, and public speaking skills, designed to equip women entrepreneurs with the tools to overcome structural barriers and become effective community leaders.

A practical training by Ibrahima NGOM that guides speakers through seven key challenges, including self-confidence, audience previsualization, eye contact, gestures, intonation, vocal modulation, and speech structure, equipping women entrepreneurs with the skills to communicate persuasively and confidently in any public setting.
