Laila has over nine years of finance experience, working with projects in all Hivos' regions, supported and guided the Finance team in business development, project implementation and reporting, and taking the lead in the project audits. She has a degree in Accounting and Auditing. As Senior Financial Officer at Hivos, she gained hands-on experience preparing and reviewing budgets, monthly/quarterly financial reports, and financial statements.
