| This module introduces the different advisory roles a consultant can play when supporting entrepreneurs from Consultant and Facilitator to Teacher, Leader and Practical Expert. It explains how to select the right role based on the client’s situation, the advisor’s own qualifications, and the relationship between them. It also covers four styles of intervention (Acceptant, Catalytic, Confrontational, Prescriptive) and the principles of client-centred consulting, which emphasizes keeping ownership with the client throughout the process. |
